Competition Terms & Conditions to Win Spa Health Club Day Pass

  1. The competition runs from 8am 2/06/2018 until midnight 3/07/2018. We won’t put forward entries received after this time for the draw.
  2. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. But not anyone associated with 1is2fat.co.uk or their respective companies or families or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw.
  3. If you want to be a contestant you must share this page or our FaceBook post in a public post on Facebook and Like our FaceBook Page and Post.
Entry Terms
  1. You may enter as many times as you wish, but only one entry per person will be counted.
  2. Winners will be selected at random and notified through FaceBook. And announced here on this page.
  3. We will attempt to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within one week, we reserve the right to select another winner.
  4. As the promoter, our decision on who will Win Spa Health Club Day Pass is final and binding. And no correspondence will be entered into. Also, if you do not comply in full with these terms and conditions you will be disqualified.
  5. Failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  6. We’ll send the prize within 28 days of the winner being notified and accepting. Unless agreed in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. 1is2fat.co.uk and its representatives will not be liable for any prize that doesn’t reach the winner for reasons beyond our control.
  8. If you win, you agree to the use of your name & location. And you will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by us relating to post-winning publicity, including posting a photo of winner and prize.
  9. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition, no group, mass or software entries will be accepted.
  10. Entries made online generated by a script, macro or automated devices will be void.
  11. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unlawful or offensive will result in disqualification and we reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  12. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to be bound by them when entering this competition.
  13. Should there be less than 100 valid entrants when the competition is due to end, we reserve the right to extend the end date until such time as at least 100 valid entries have been received

Availability

The pass may be used Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays). Your day must be booked in advance.

Please note – if you wish to upgrade to a weekend booking there is a £10 weekend supplement (£20 at Tudor Park) (per person) payable to the hotel. Upgrades are subject to availability.

Timings vary depending on the location you choose, with some venues offering a morning or afternoon session. Please ensure you check at the time of booking.

We recommend you book four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher.  All bookings are subject to availability.
