Pre Xmas diet lose weight before the Christmas Holidays
The Christmas holiday season is almost upon us and we know we’re going to eat well and be merry at Christmas time, so now is actually a great time to get a head start on those New Year Resolutions! Here’s a fast 5 day pre Xmas diet to clear your system and be completely ready for that indulgent festive blowout that you just know you won’t avoid. And you’ll look and feel your best at the table too!

So here’s a great way to detox your system and lose fat before the holidays. Check out the diet rules. This diet is unashamedly strict, very simple, if a little boring, but designed for maximum weight loss and detox in the shortest time. Don’t stay on this diet longer than 5 days and if you have any health issues, please consult your doctor before starting the diet.
Day 1
Breakfast – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 1 boiled egg and 2 grilled tomatoes (no salt but pepper to taste.)
Snack – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, raw vegetables eg carrots or celery
Lunch – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 2 eggs scrambled (no butter, salt or milk but pepper to taste),and 2 grilled tomatoes
Snack – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 1 apple
Dinner – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, grilled chicken breast with asparagus (no dressing, no salt)
Dessert – 1/2 a grapefruit
Day 2
Breakfast – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 1/2 a grapefruit, 1 small pot of bio yoghurt
Snack – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, raw vegetables eg carrots or celery
Lunch – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 2 boiled eggs (no salt but pepper to taste),and 2 grilled tomatoes
Snack – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 1 orange
Dinner – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, grilled fish with green beans (no dressing, no salt)
Dessert – 1/2 a melon
Day 3
Breakfast – 1 mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, 1 boiled egg and 2 grilled tomatoes (no salt but pepper to taste.)

The Rules
Sorry but as this is a quickie diet we need some rules here if we’re going to get maximum effect.
Do eat as many of the following as you like:
- Boiled vegetables (no added salt but as much pepper as you like)
- Tomatoes raw or grilled
- Salad vegetables (no dressing)
- Raw carrots
- Fruit (not Bananas)
Don’t eat any
- Wholegrains
- Bread
- Rice
- Pasta
Do Drink
- Water – still not sparkling at least 2 litres per day (a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon is the best)
Don’t Drink
- Coffee
- Tea
- Soda or any Fizzy Drinks
- Juice or Squash
